So I started thinking about what I looked like and how I felt about myself and I have decided I need a change in my life!! On September 28, 2009 I will be starting a diet and an exercise routine. I will be using this blog to document what I eat and my activity for the day. I also will be weighing myself each Monday and documenting whether or not I have lost anything.

ReplyDeleteGood luck Kristi! Remember to stay positive! There are gonna be days when you don't feel/see any progress and you aren't gonna feel like it's worth it, but don't give up!! My mom recently lost 50+ pounds and she's had plenty of those days. If you need an encouraging word, just let me know and I will give it to you!
