Day 1

Today wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. This is what I had:

Breakfast: Oatmeal

Lunch: Hamburger with cheese and a diet Coke

Dinner: Steak with green beans

Snack: Yogurt

In the future I will probably have more snacks but today I was pretty busy so I didn't get to have many. I am trying to keep my calories under 1600 and I will try and exercise 2-3 days a week...but today was not one of those days unfortunately. Hopefully tomorrow!!
