Day 2

So today I went to Planet Fitness and signed up for a gym membership. They are having an AWESOME deal right now where your sign up fee is $1 and then you only pay $10 a month! YAHOO! So today has been pretty good as well, I have eaten:

Breakfast: Oatmeal and yogurt

Lunch: Turkey sandwich, veggie chips, string cheese and a glass of skim milk.

Snack: 5 Starbursts and 16 oz water

Dinner: Spaghetti w/ no meat and 8 oz water

Snack: 8 carrots w/ ranch

Exercise: NO...but will go tomorrow!

Day 1

Today wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. This is what I had:

Breakfast: Oatmeal

Lunch: Hamburger with cheese and a diet Coke

Dinner: Steak with green beans

Snack: Yogurt

In the future I will probably have more snacks but today I was pretty busy so I didn't get to have many. I am trying to keep my calories under 1600 and I will try and exercise 2-3 days a week...but today was not one of those days unfortunately. Hopefully tomorrow!!

BEFORE


So I started thinking about what I looked like and how I felt about myself and I have decided I need a change in my life!! On September 28, 2009 I will be starting a diet and an exercise routine. I will be using this blog to document what I eat and my activity for the day. I also will be weighing myself each Monday and documenting whether or not I have lost anything.
Here I go...Wish me luck!
