They are having an AWESOME deal right now where your sign up fee is $1 and then you only pay $10 a month! YAHOO! This is what I had:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 153, 255);"&gt;Breakfast:    Oatmeal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 153, 255);"&gt;Lunch:          Hamburger with cheese and a diet Coke&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 153, 255);"&gt;Dinner:         Steak with green beans&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 153, 255);"&gt;Snack:           Yogurt&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 153, 255);"&gt;In the future I will probably have more snacks but today I was pretty busy so I didn't get to have many.  I am trying to keep my calories under 1600 and I will try and exercise 2-3 days a week...but today was not one of those days unfortunately. On September 28, 2009 I will be starting a diet and an &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;exercise&lt;/span&gt; routine. I will be using this blog to document what I eat and my activity for the day.
