Day 3

Today was a pretty good day, I ate:

Breakfast: Oatmeal, yogurt

Lunch: Turkey sandwich, veggie chips, string cheese w/2 cups of skim milk

Dinner: Chicken breast cooked in cream of celery w/green beans. 16 oz water

Snack: Banana Chips
